Reunion 2015 – Menu Announced!

The menu for the 2015 St Mary’s College Society Reunion Dinner has been announced!

Starter

Toasted butter brioche with sautéed wild mushrooms, poached hens eggs and hollandaise sauce

Main Course

Marinated char grilled lamb rump with a polenta chips, confit tomatoes, asparagus and sauce verge

Chargrilled polenta with confit tomatoes, asparagus, tender stem brocolli and chive beurre blanc

Desert

White chocolate mousse with macerated strawberries and strawberry ice cream

Local cheese with grapes, celery and biscuits
